House Rules

VEZITO Sport Management Kft.

1. General Provisions

  • The purpose of these House Rules is to ensure the safe, proper, and respectful use of the 9 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, and all related facilities of Kecskemét Tennis Centre.
  • These rules are binding for all players, guests, coaches, and anyone present on the premises.
  • By using the courts, all users automatically accept these House Rules.

2. Opening Hours

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:00–21:00

3. Registration and Use of the Court Booking System

VEZITO Sport Management Kft., as operator, maintains guest records through the CourtRent online sports court booking platform operated by Sixty IT Services Szolgáltató Kft. The operator reserves the right to refuse services to guests who do not provide the required information.

Services may only be used after registration and with a valid booking. Court fees, time slots, and service prices are determined according to the current price list.

Services may only be used with settled financial conditions. Payment is possible through the booking system or on-site in cash.

4. Court Booking, Cancellation, and Modification

Courts can only be booked, cancelled, or modified through the CourtRent online booking platform.

Booking options:

  • Season Pass: Provides a fixed court and time slot for the full season. Bookings may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours before play. Passes and replacement sessions are only valid for the given season.
  • Casual Booking: Free courts and time slots may be booked up to 2 months in advance. Modifications or cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before play.

5. Use of the Tennis and Padel Courts

  • Kecskemét Tennis Centre operates 9 tennis courts and 2 padel courts.
  • Courts may only be used with prior booking.
  • Bookings may be made: through the online booking system, or through designated club representatives.
  • One booking period is 60 minutes. This includes both playing time and mandatory court maintenance.
  • Time allocation: 0–55 minutes: playing time, 55–60 minutes: court maintenance (sweeping lines, dragging court, checking net, watering if necessary)
  • Players may enter the court no earlier than 5 minutes before their booking begins.
  • The final 5 minutes must always be used for restoring the court.
  • Clay courts must be dragged beyond the lines to prevent uneven surfaces.
  • Equipment must be returned to its designated place.
  • Courts must be left ready for immediate use by the next players.

6. Court Rules

  • Only tennis shoes or appropriate sports footwear are allowed on court.
  • The following are prohibited: cycling on the courts, bringing animals onto the courts, using the courts for non-sport purposes
  • All players are responsible for protecting court surfaces and equipment.

7. Clay Court Maintenance

After play, players are required to:

  • drag the court
  • water the court if necessary


Damaging nets, court lines, or other equipment is prohibited.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately to management.

8. Group Training and Court Allocation

Training sessions, youth development programs, and tournaments organized by Kecskemét Tennis Academy Sports Association may take priority over individual bookings.

Court scheduling is determined by the management of Kecskemét Tennis Academy Sports Association.

9. Changing Rooms and Community Areas

  • Cleanliness must be maintained at all times.
  • We accept no responsibility for valuables.
  • Waste must only be disposed of in designated bins.

10. Guests

Guests may use the facilities according to club regulations and upon payment of applicable fees.
Inviting members or players are responsible for their guests’ behavior.

11. Code of Conduct

Respectful and sportsmanlike behavior is expected throughout the facility.
The following are prohibited:

  • disturbing other players
  • offensive or abusive behaviour
  • damaging the facility
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility except in designated smoking areas.

12. Safety and Liability

Use of all courts and facilities is at users’ own risk.
In case of accident or injury, a representative of VEZITO Sport Management Kft. or Kecskemét Tennis Academy Sports Association must be notified immediately.

13. General Conditions

  • Only coaches with written authorization from the operator may provide coaching services on the premises.
  • All guests use services at their own responsibility and risk. VEZITO Sport Management Kft. accepts no liability for personal injury, material damage, or loss resulting from violation of these rules or irresponsible conduct.
  • No liability is accepted for lost or stolen property.
  • Found items must be handed in at the buffet and will be stored for a maximum of one month.
  • Use of services automatically implies acceptance of these House Rules.

14. Enforcement of House Rules

Violation of these rules may result in warning or, in serious cases, suspension of court usage rights.
Compliance is monitored by management.

15. Final Provisions

Management reserves the right to amend these House Rules.

Effective from: May 1, 2026, until revoked.
